Learn Kundalini Yoga through the medium of Hatha All yoga aims to raise the kundalini. But different yogas are just different in the way that kundalini is approached. The method of yoga that comes to us through the famous teacher B.K.S Iyengar is what is typically, classically considered to be hatha yoga. You may know him from his excellent yoga resource book, Light on Yoga. The emphasis is much on asanas (yoga poses) and yoga with props. He pays less attention to kriyas (or: complete yoga sets), but it is useful nonetheless. In the movie shown below, Iyengar goes on to demonstrate many postures. Not yoga for beginners, but it gives a good overview.
