Not sure where to start with yoga?
Or just curious how to practice differently?
Find out how your personality type informs your practice.

There are many kinds of yoga, and when you are just starting, it can be bewildering to answer the question, “What type of yoga should I do?” While all yoga is good, some yoga styles will be a better fit for you than others.

That’s why we developed a yoga type quiz. As a first orientation, but also as an invitation to deepen your yoga practice, and maybe try out new to you yoga styles and practices. The test is based on the Enneagram, a well-established theory of personality types, their interests, values, motivations, triggers and talents. It is used in many settings and shows you what it means to be you. Why not in yoga, we thought, which essentially is about self-awareness and self-understanding.

You becoming you fully - beyond default reactions and conditionings. That’s the real project of yoga: It will help you move into a higher vibration of your core being and help you express it through your personality. This gives you increased freedom in choosing who you are and stepping into your talents.

Ready to explore your relationship with yourself through yoga? Take the test.

Early on in the quiz, you’ll need to enter your email address so we can send the results to you. You’ll receive a pdf document in your email detailing various forms of yoga that sit well with your personality type.

You’ll also get a Power Practice, a meditation that you can do at home. It is a meditation for tapping into your potential.
